Payment for services are due at the time of the appointment and may be paid via cash, check, or credit card. I am out of network with insurance companies; however, you may want to contact your insurance provider to see what out of network benefits you have for mental health care. I will send you a superbill (statement) at the end of each month for you to remit to your insurance company that will include all applicable codes, any monies paid, and the dates of services rendered. I cannot guarantee you will receive reimbursement from your insurance, so feel free to check with them before making an appointment.

 

• Initial Intake Session: $200

• Individual Psychotherapy: $185

• Couples or Family session: $195

Cancellations within 48-hours of the session time will be charged the full session fee.
